Meet The Team

The Splice Team is made up of, Lucy Andrew who manages the daily logistics, Joni Andreou, one of our longest serving members of staff, Christopher Beal, Rachel Corner, Ryan Casey, Nick Merry and Jonathan Youseman complete the Splice Media editing team.


Lucy Andrew

Lucy came to work with Splice In early 2010 after taking a break at the end of her degree.

After about a year she was promoted to manager of the Splice Team who work for our client Chello Media. Lucy enjoys working with the team and getting the most from them, "they are a fun creative bunch and make my job very easy".

Since Lucy has been working for Splice Media, she has improved and honed her skills on Avid, FCP and various other programmes such as DVD Studio Pro, Episode, Compressor etc, After taking on the role of manager, Lucy's troubleshooting skills, positivity and ‘can-do’ attitude have increased exponentially!

Joni Andreou

Joni is one of our longest serving members of staff. As well as mastering promos for different Sky channels, she also uploads videos for Extreme Mobile. Joni has many external projects, that include a short film she helped produce and edit, which later was accepted for Glasgow FrightFest 2012.

Joni is also part of The Island. The Island, is run by filmmakers, musicians, designers and artists who take over a dis-used space to create their own platform. Recent success include, Cheap Monday Carnaby Street Store Launch After Party back in February 2012. Joni is currently working on various music videos expanding her horizons as a Producer/Director.


Christopher Beal

Chris started his career with Splice Media after graduating from Coventry University’s media production course in July 2011. It was there he discovered his love for editing and post production, while working as producer, editor and on screen personality of a local ice hockey team’s YouTube channel, "Scorched Ice TV". Chris works for one of our newest clients, National Geographic and has brought the skills and experience he developed at university and continued to build upon them since joining the Splice Team.

Away from work Chris enjoys pushing his creative skills and techniques as a photographer, while also continuing his work with Scorched Ice working as a commentator and mentor to the students now running the show. While he enjoys talking hockey he enjoys playing the game more and has been part of a couple of title winning teams, so he knows what it takes to succeed.


Rachel Corner

Rachel worked as a promotional filmmaker at Bucks New Uni, where she obtained her degree. Splice Media gave Rachel the opportunity to work in the industry and develop her post production skills.

She has now built up a vast knowledge of AVID and tapeless workflows. Rachel has always been given the opportunity to learn the latest software as needed. She is developing a strong technical knowledge and loves being creative, she enjoys her job and making tv happen!

Working with the newest Splice Media clients, FOX and National Geographic, Rachel has joined Splice Media’s Chris Beal, in building a strong relationship with them.

Outside of work Rachel uses her creative talents editing showreels, designing business cards and posters. 

Ryan Casey

Ryan arrived at Splice Media in June 2013 after achieving an Upper 2nd class degree in Film Studies from Kingston University. He then embarked on a career in the media industry, initially working a number of short term internships as an in-house and production runner, these varying experiences helped him decide his future lay in the area of post-production.

Working for Splice has developed his understanding of countless aspects of the post-production process, giving him the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in his burgeoning career. Outside of work Ryan is part of an online based comedy group ‘The Movie Maniacs’ who produce a wide range of videos for YouTube, as well as movie reviews & art-work which they promote through their website, He also has a passion for sport & enjoys an active social life.


Nick Merry

Nick joined Splice Media in April 2014. After completing his Media Production degree at De Montfort University Leicester in 2013, Nick worked as a runner both on location and within one of London's top post production houses.

Since joining the Splice team, Nick's Avid skills have increased significantly, along with his knowledge of software such as Final Cut Pro, DVD Studio Pro and Compressor.

In his spare time, Nick does a lot of work with local bands and small businesses, creating everything from music videos to promotional adverts, along with Adobe Photoshop projects.


Jon Youseman

Jon started at Splice Media in 2014, after achieving a first class honours in Creative Music Technology from the University of Surrey. Whilst not studying media production academically, Jon has always been involved in video production and visual arts, always striving to display creativity in his work. 

Jon's previous industry experience includes, Pinewood Studios and Shepperton Studios, where he was a Post Production Runner during his final year at University. This experience confirmed his ambition to work in the tv/film industry. 

Since joining Splice Media, Jon has already developed his knowledge of software such as, Avid and DVD Studio Pro. Jon's other projects include music videos, short films and promotional material.

About Us

Amrit Fox-Bharry started his career over 20 years ago at the BBC. After spending 5 years there, he was head hunted and moved to Oasis Television in Soho.

With such an extensive career in the industry, Amrit has been able to group together a number of like minded individuals, who all share his passion for providing an unrivalled service.
